I think there's something wrong with the site though, my down definitely isn't that quick Or maybe Time Warner is trying to make themselves look good and boosting speeds when the traffic is coming from speed meter sites. :nuts:

Yes! My friend had to call Time Warner cable because he couldn't download torrents and they had to open his specific ports so he can.

Do you consider the ping if you're just measuring how fast you can go on these Speed Test? I'm just curious.

A few notes:
1. My ISP center is one of the oldest internet provider places in the US. They don't even have FIOS yet.
2. Apparently my house has a "weak" signal. We decided to switch to Optimum but they said a tree was blocking the cable.
3. My house has really bad internet connection for some reason
4. My brother was downloading p**n or something when I tested.
