I don't comprehend much under "scene", but if you mean "emo's" (seriously, you can't call people emo, because it's a music kind... I mean, people don't come up to you and call you "metal" or "hiphop"... ), then I'd say they are pretty hot, though, I've only met crazy chicks...

Quebecois are a unique breed. Great looking by the average persons likes dislikes in the visual representation of a person. However, lot of Quebecois have a bad name to them, which while it is a stereotype, its sprung up from some truth. Small towns in Quebec have produced some of the most intellectually underdeveloped humanoids I've bumped into.

I call people UPWSMTTTCATs all the time since most people complain about things, so it applies to them (more on this later).

"Emo" is not a musical genre. As stated by Hatebreeder. Though "Screamo" gets associated with "Emo" due to sounding similar (eamo rythm), and that some people who may arguably be of a youth culture known as 'emo' listen to "Screamo" music.

I mean, people don't come up to you and call you "metal" or "hiphop"...

Some people do refer to others as "Punks" or "Metal heads", or "Junglists" which are all references to the music in which those cultural groups listen to. So while the examples you provide are true, you don't get called those, the generic naming and labeling of another is done through other terms. Effectively your point is moot!

"Post-hardcore" is also a genre that hardly exists. Its another label for a genre with exceptionally mild differences that says "Look we make music of a self proclaimed "new" genre, so pretend we're music gods sweeping you up in a revolutionary sound movement". Then those who got swept up just poop themselves silly with euphoria.

A more appropriate label would be "Unprofessional punk with subject matter that tends to complain about things" UPWSMTTTCAT for short. I find this abbreviation easier to remember if you imagine a CAT from MT universiTy who's UP on The West Side. Or in order: UP West Side MT universiTEE CAT. then fill in the additional T.
