Help me to make these spells!

I have some ideas of spells, but i cant do it by myself, can you guys help me please ?

Force of Darkness
Passive (Aura: 700 AoE)
For each illusion of Shadow Assasin, increase her damage by 4/5/6/7. (If she have 7 illusions, increase her damage by 28/35/42/49 damage.

Shadow Steal
Activate
Target a enemy hero with a purple link, reduce the victim's damage by 90/100/110% and creat a illusion of the victim. Illusion deals 90/100/110% of the victim's damage.
(If the victim linked by Shadow Steal, its will have 80% transparent)

Please help

Balance issue: if you reduce a unit's attack damage by 110% wouldn't that set your attack damage to less than 0?

@keychup: first i think ill base this skill from Soul Burn, but it will silence the victim and i dont want it...
Ex:
Damage: 100 -80/100/110.
