How can i create a new race? if is possible that can be used even in normal warcraft 3 custom games? thz

Sure, you can create a new race. Just don't expect it to show up in the menu before-game. I do not know how to modify the drop-down race menu in the game setup. It has been done, but I don't know how. In order to choose your new race, you would have to use something in-game like a dialog.
