Unable to transport air units?

So for some reason the unit I made who is able to transport all other units (maybe except sea) is unable to transport air units (like dragons, harpies, etc)

Anyone know how to fix that?

You shouldn't need to transport air units. Air units can go where ever they please. E.g. over cliffs, I don't see what you're trying to accomplish here.

Also: Blizzard made it so that you can't transport air units with transport units, e.g. Goblin Zeppelin and Dragons because they can get to the same area as fast, or faster than, each other.
