events:
-time, every 5 sec of game time
Action:
-countdown timer, start timer as a oneshot timer that will expire in 5 sec
-countdown timer, create a timer window with name Warp

my question: what would the timer to destroy it be, so every 5 secs when it finishes it starts a new timer instead of stacking up timers

Thanks!

Your trigger is redundant. You are running it every 5 seconds, and creating a new timer that runs every 5 seconds. Just create a 5 second timer once.

events:
-timerX expires
Action:
-countdown timer, start timerX as a oneshot timer that will expire in 5 sec
-warp actions

EDIT: got a question, if it happens every 5 seconds, why do you need to start a timer?

Why don't you start a repeating timer that will expire in five seconds? Then do what you have to do in a new trigger that has the event Your_Timer Expires
