This happens to me from time to time... I thought it was normal. Maybe I should see a doctor. :p

It it happens once in a while, like far apart, its not a big deal.

If its happening constantly for a day or two, see a doctor.

I think it's best if you just ignore it. These things tend to fix themselves once you forget about it/get used to it.

With some things. On things like this, if it persists through, say, 3 days I'd go see a doctor.

Two options:

Ignore it and take the chance of it being something severe and possibly life-threatening

or visit a doctor.

Go see the doctor and stop being cowardly.

Probably some irritation problem. This thing occurs when foreign chemicals enter the urinary tract causing irritation. It's normal at times. Since you mentioned that you stayed in water for so long, that could be the case. The chance of something getting in increases when you pee while immersed in the water. Chemicals do not only come from pools (chlorine). Usually soap/detergent is the main culprit.

Could also be infection. If it's bacteria/fungal infection, then good luck. Usually such infection comes with pus and discharge. If you don't show such symptom (yet), then don't worry first.

At such young age (I presume), chances of getting cancer or relevant stuff, are very low, though still possible.

And as mentioned, if symptom persists, seek a damn doctor. Wtf.

Hm. Did you try DRINKING WATER? My health teacher has told me that your pee starts to hurt because there isnt enough water mixed into the actual pee. I doubt thats it and i also doubt that chlorine is the culprit, ive been in chlorinated water for longer then you probably.

Well, that's what I said, indirectly. I told you not to spend so much time in the bath...

Drink lots of water. Or don't. I dunno, I'm not a doctor, but if it's an infection, then I know you should drink lots of water to clean that out. Antibiotics would help too, but you would need to go to a doctor for that.

I think we've all learned a vital lesson here:
Even if you happen to be a complete loner, don't rely on faceless strangers for medical advice.

They give you wrong ideas, they make jokes at you, and they generally don't help, instead wasting internet cap with meaningless posts like this one.

I think my father taught me one thing in my entire life. Well, okay, two things, but I don't think "how to fight" applies here

"If you pee and it hurts, get your tumor-carrying ass to the doctor, stupid!"

True story, too.

I believe it was decided a while ago that this is not a health forum. If it wasn't decided yet, it will be in the near future. So I here by close this thread and declare that any other medical-related threads opened here will be as well (perhaps the lock will be accompanied by a jolly -rep).

If you don't feel well go to a freakin' doctor. Common sense at its best. :banghead:
