Behavior must add range to units

Hello,

I want to give my towers +25% range, can I set this somewhere?
I don't mean the normal bonus, but some multiplier/fraction

If you already do have an upgrade, then go to it (othervise make a new one). Go to the effect field, add a new one, and go to Weapons, find the weapon for your tower, and go to Range, then set the field to 1.25 and the option to Multiply.

(If you just want it to suddently happen, you can always upgrade an upgrade with a trigger - just use the set research level for player action.)
