CCleaner - Great Freeware System Optimizer

I ran into this little program at OpenTechSupport.net

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware!

This program is pretty awesome. I just bought this computer 6 months ago and it got me like 800 meg of crap temporary files removed. For a free program, it is damn professional and easy to use. It is also pretty deep having many different options and capable of doing many different things.

Wooow... it listed me as having 918.2 MB of temp files (I kept all the Firefox temp files, as well as MSN). I specifically like the options added onto the recycling bin. Makes it easy to access. I also got rid of many many of the old registries, from old programs. Also:

"CLEANING COMPLETE - (14.761 secs)"

Very fast, and useful!
