How to create a spell that give -damage % to enemy?

Title tells all, is it possible to create non-triggered aura that gives -5% damage to nearby enemies =)?

Maybe try the Trueshot aura, but change the Targets Allowed, and change it to give bonus to Melee units too and also give it a negative value

How do I give it a negative value..? doesn't work if i just add a - before the numbers

You need to first enable it in:
File -> Preferences -> (General Tab) Allow negative real values in the Object Editor

Check that thing, and then you need to hold Shift while double clicking the field you want to give a negative value
