Why don't you figure what they do... Names don't really spark my imaganiton. So you think of something.

Time Lapse- The Time Lord goes through time and teleports to a unit. When he gets to that unit he casts a time stopping stomp that will damage and stun the enemy.

Space-time Rupture- The Time Lord ruptures time itself causing all units around him to be slowed significantly.

Vultronic Beam- The Time Lord send a beam of energy that was created out of time itself causing massive damage in a line.

Black Hole- The Time Lord opens a hole in space-time itself causing everything to be sucked into it and crushed into pieces.(can be a channeling spell that when activated makes multiple life drain spells that hit all units in X AoE, and slowly pull the unit into the Time Lord until they reach him. When they reach him if they are dead they will be converted into energy making him stronger.)
