Invisible Unit problem

hi, ive got a problem with my new game... At the beginning of the game you get a wisp, and you have to enter a region to pick a hero. i have the heros behind the regions just to show the player the hero. but 9 of them are invisible... any help?

maybe they have "Permanent Invinsiblity"???

nope they dont have permanent invisiblity, because theyre visible when a wisp choses the hero. but they arent before that

EDIT: just tryed to trigger it, doesnt work.

Um, what type of heroes are they? Cause if it's Night Elves, then they might still have the Shadowmeld ability and they go invisible.

Or, your Visibility is set to Fog of War and Black Mask.
