Is triggering player/unit different if I use a wait?

Like, let's say I have a trigger that does this (example trigger, not my actual trigger)

Player presses a button

Pick a random unit in owned by triggering player
kill picked unit
wait 15 second
Pick a random unit in owned by triggering player
kill picked unit

If another played clicked the button before the wait 15 seconds ended, would the second pick a random unit in owned by triggering player refer to the triggering player of the first time it was run or the second?

Sorry if my question was jumbled up while I was trying to explain it.

Triggering unit / player will always be the same. It's a build-in local.

However, thinks like "Attacking Unit" or "Entering Unit" etc. would bug how you described --> in wc3.
I haven't tested it in sc2 yet, but you can simply store them in locals to make sure. It doesn't take more time, as locals in sc2 are available in GUI.

All stuff under "Trigger response", like attacking unit or entering unit in wc3 was local, and it's the same in sc2. Actually, I think that even things like last created unit is local in sc2 too, not sure about that though.
