The game ends when you get to the end, there's a bunch of "The End" screens before it though, you'll be redirected to the menu and the LOCKED thing will become available when you truly reach the ending.

I think I prefered Karoshi and Karoshi 2 over this, since this was rather easy in comparison and didn't require a whole lot of thought.
Regardless, I enjoyed myself playing it.
