How did you get those images to be animated?

I mean the idea and concept was similar to dota, use a better concept and idea since people who play dota like me will say, Hey Tiny's Avalance from dota omgfz!! haxx0r.

4 Things I realised from the screenies:
The multiboards looks wierd XD
The terrain looks rather natrual but not too pleasing to the eye
The Murlocs... Are you using creeps from ladder game? Even the types of unit in each camp seem to resemble melee game's greatly. Have you been playing it recently?
The Murlocs got some kind of Aura when you came close/cast the spell. Does the hero have an aura or is it the scorpion guy? Or is it the slow from Rock Slide?

Overall, looks wonderful. Please teach us how to make those GIFs

yeah, i'm using the preset creeps.. but made an upgrade to make them stronger overtime.

i try to keep mine small, below 2 mb if possible.

yeah i dont know why does the image costs about 8mb, i just edited it from game cam + adobe cs4

EDIT: just reduced some frames and here it is, from 8 mb to 2.3 mb haha

well.. not much done recently.. worked on other stuff yesterday.

finished two abilities.
Great Wave for Leviathan and Hammerfist on Stone Ancient.

and here's a few modifications on their skins..

gotta splittin headache past two days..

changed the tileset to lordaeron winter..
finally got my wave system working..

no multiboard yet though..

new hero idea : Dead Shot >> with awesome custom model and skin.

model by R.A.N.G.I.T.,
custom skin by myself.

halfbreed human-bloodelf, expert hunter (Dead Shot is an actual Wc3 RPG class)

the spawn and wave system are working but not polished yet.

the spawns are kinda too many and sometimes they're not balancing out as i want to so i decreased them to 7 and decreased the delay to 20 seconds..
