Data - Effect 1 - Attack Spill Distance Bonus - Base: How much splash is initially given.
Data - Effect 1 - Attack Spill Distance Bonus - Increment: How much more splash is given each level.

Data - Effect 1 - Attack Spill Distance Bonus - Base: How FAR the missile travels.
Data - Effect 1 - Attack Spill Distance Bonus - Increment: How much far area is given


For the splash, it is : Damage Spill Radius

Are you allowing the unit to multi-attack?

Give the unit more targets.
If you looking for just a damage upgrade don't even bother using multishot.
