Need mathematican for formula

im looking for formula which will give me following resoults in such order
0,9,-9,18,-18,27,-27,36,-36,45,-45

pairs (like 36 and -36) can be swaped freely. so it either can be
0,-9,9,18,-18,-27,27 etc

i would like to use it in loop which runs x times depends on ability level so on level 2 it run 3 times, on level 3 5 times, etc

is it possible?

Set Value = 0
Set Help = 1
For each Integer A from 0 to ...
- Set Value = Value + Help * 9 * (Integer A)
- Set Help = 0 - Help
- ... do something with Value here

for each level loop will run X times where
X = Level of ability * 2 -1

i just came up with values needed for each level of ability. so if i shot missiles, they will equaly split on 2 halfs from 0 which is some unknown angle which depends on point of cast
