Never much war. But then 3 Elementals come to the town and say Neptunes that this peacefull village will change into a Castle for there Master Relac.
Relac is a naga. A naga myromydon (?) and go away from vasj to create his own kingdom. Neptunes get angry and Slay the Elementals, this was the start of his vengeance(?) to Relac. Quest Destroy his base
