Baked Swiss Chicken
Super simple recipe with only a few ingredients - makes a flavorful and great main Protein!
Ingredients:
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 1 can - 10-3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup crushed seasoned croutons
- 13x9 Baking dish
- Small mixing bowl
- Meat thermometer
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Place chicken in the greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish
- In the small bowl combine the soup and wine then pour over chicken
- Top with cheese and sprinkle with croutons
- Bake, uncovered, for about 35-40 minutes - until the meat thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165 degrees
