Baked Swiss Chicken

Super simple recipe with only a few ingredients - makes a flavorful and great main Protein!

Ingredients:
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
  • 1 can - 10-3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup crushed seasoned croutons
  • 13x9 Baking dish
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Meat thermometer
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Place chicken in the greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish
  • In the small bowl combine the soup and wine then pour over chicken
  • Top with cheese and sprinkle with croutons
  • Bake, uncovered, for about 35-40 minutes - until the meat thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165 degrees
