Big Mac Wraps
This recipe is for Big Mac wraps that have the flavor of a Big Mac but are in a wrap!
Ingredients:
For the Beef:
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 Tablespoons grated onion
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup
- 1 Tablespoon pickle relish
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- Add all of the Big Mac sauce ingredients together, and whisk until smooth
- Store covered in the fridge until you're ready to assemble the wraps
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, making sure to break it apart into small pieces then drain grease
- Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce
- Stir until well combined
- Place the tortillas on a cutting board, then fill the center of each with lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and about 1/4 of the ground beef mixture
- Top with the Big Mac sauce
- Fold the tortillas up, and use a tooth pick to secure them if necessary
- Serve immediately
Notes:
- Prep Time - 10 minutes
- Cook Time - 15 minutes
- Total Time - 25 minutes
- Thousand Island dressing works in place of the Big Mac sauce
- You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef
- These last 3 days in the fridge if properly stored
- Leftover Big Mac sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 10 days
