Big Mac Wraps

This recipe is for Big Mac wraps that have the flavor of a Big Mac but are in a wrap!

Ingredients:

For the Beef:

• 1 pound lean ground beef
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

For the Big Mac Sauce:

• 1/2 cup mayo
• 2 Tablespoons grated onion
• 2 Tablespoons ketchup
• 1 Tablespoon pickle relish
• 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
• 1 teaspoon white vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoon paprika

For the Wraps:

• 4 (6-inch) flour tortillas
• 2 cups shredded lettuce
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup sliced onions
• 1/4 cup chopped pickles
• 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions:

• Add all of the Big Mac sauce ingredients together, and whisk until smooth
• Store covered in the fridge until you're ready to assemble the wraps
• In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, making sure to break it apart into small pieces then drain grease
• Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce
• Stir until well combined
• Place the tortillas on a cutting board, then fill the center of each with lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and about 1/4 of the ground beef mixture
• Top with the Big Mac sauce
• Fold the tortillas up, and use a tooth pick to secure them if necessary
• Serve immediately

Notes:

• Prep Time - 10 minutes
• Cook Time - 15 minutes
• Total Time - 25 minutes
• Thousand Island dressing works in place of the Big Mac sauce
• You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef
• These last 3 days in the fridge if properly stored
• Leftover Big Mac sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 10 days
