Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing

Crockpots are simply the easiest way to cook things, imho. This easy and basic Chicken and Stuffing recipe is a great base to add to or good just like it is!

Ingredients:

• 3-4 large salted and peppered chicken breasts
• 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of chicken soup
• 1 (6 oz) box of stuffing mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 3/4 cup of water
• 1 (16 oz) bag of frozen green beans
• Large bowl for mixing

Directions:

• Place the chicken in the Crockpot
• In the mixing bowl, add the soup, sour cream, stuffing, half of the water and mix well
• Pour mixture over the chicken
• Add the green beans and the rest of the water
• Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 to 7 hours

Enjoy!

Note:

• Mix the stuffing periodically during the cooking process
