Easy Hamburger Stroganoff
Easy homemade Hamburger Stroganoff is just as fast as the box stuff and is so flavorful you will never do the box stuff again!
Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can 10-3/4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 4 oz. mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
- Wide egg noodles around 12 oz
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
- Large Skillet
- Pot to boil noodles
- Strainer
- Cook beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat in skillet until meat is no longer pink then drain
- Stir in soup
- Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes
- Stir in sour cream and cook until mixture is hot - DO NOT BOIL!
- Cook the noodles per package directions
- Serve Easy Hamburger Stroganoff over the cooked noodles
- Garnish with parsley
