i belive the invurnble thing it impale is hard coded, other than that its easy:
base a spell on a target point spell (such a spell as "channel" with som tweaks)
trigger it like:
e) unit starts the effect of an abilty
c) abilty being cast equal to custom channel based spell
a) create dummy unit
add impale
set point = position of target point of ability
issue order unit to cast undead crypth lord impale on point
remove leak on point.

for a tot triggered imaple version, it would req quite advance triggering skills if you want it MUI/MPI.
