I want to display the 'value' of my integer in a string line, not the name of my integer variable. How can i do this? (i'm trying to put an integer in a unit's name text field).
in the 'game - display text' action, just look through the 'function' menu when you click on the 'text' parameter, and have a hunt for 'conversion - convert integer to string'.
well i have a int variable called 'Levels', that increases when certain actions take place. i want to add this 'Levels' variable my unit's name, but only the value of the variable. for example, i want my unit's name to read "Archer Level (integer value here)". in that specifin unit-name text field, how can i represent my variable? simpl,y typing will output the variable name, just as i typed it.
um, there's not really too much more I can say, my previous post pretty much spelt out how to do it. Maybe I'll get some screenshots in to give you an extra nudge.
I'm on a page about incorrect corrections, and spent the better part of like two hours trying to get someone to understand that -5^2 = -25, not 25, and then that post had comments get reposted because that group is self sustaining, and that person was in turn trying to explain what I just explained to them. And I'm taking that as a victory
