how do I award a player gold after he or she gets a kill?

That doesn't sound like a leaderboard to me...
anyway put it something like this, not exact, ofc:


A unit owned by Player X is killed ( or something like that )

Owner of killing unit equal to Player X

Add Property- Add X to player X's current gold/lumber

An alternative is to turn the bounty on for the player whose units are getting killed.

player - turn player flag on/off

btw Darg, can you insert hyperlinks into your game?


i.e. in text messages from triggers you can allow people to click on it and brings them to an internet webpage

Sorry, I don't think blizz included hyperlink embedding into the game. If they had, then I would have seen an example of it a long time ago.

The bnet "ladder ranking" button is the only case I've seen, but this is not hyperlink embedding, its just a simple "click button - open webpage" technique.


btw, I'm not in any way trying to stop you from posting your own solutions to problems, the solution you posted above was completely valid for this problem.
