Player VS Multiple Computer Help

I can't get Player 3 and Player 4 to work... Player 2 as 'computer' works fine. Player 1 as 'user' works fine too, but player 3 and player 4 do not work, even though I have changed them to computer. I have messed with player properties, forces, and ally priorities. The result however is still the same. Player 3 and 4 just sit there like zombies, they will attack, if you get close, however the heroes will not even use their spells like player 2 does.

Do I need to somehow give player 3 and 4 AI? If you know how please let me know! Thank you!
