made this layout to one of my friends, used only photoshop, made everything myself except grunge brushes.

Hell, that's awesome! Great texturing, although it might be a hard time for a slow connection to load (if this is intended for a website), but it looks great, none the less. +rep!

It looks awesome but you should make the orb at the top middle a little wider so you could put a label there if you plan on using it for a website.

Smith, i just brushed one layer full of grunge brushes, and edited its blending mode and opacity, and made it that ay it shows only in that layer its supposed to be

Agree. This is really nice.
It looks more like the menu for a computer game, imo. (Which is even better than a website layout! )
