ability - add armor

Is there a unit target ability that just adds armor. I tried using frost shield, but couldn't get rid of the slowing effect.

I don't think there is... try triggering it and adding the Item Armor Bonus ability (customised and mage a unit ability, of course) to the target unit.

Try tinkering with "Inner Fire"
