Area of Effect Question

Well I see in some maps that a unit/building that has an area of effect splash damage cannot attack within the area of effect radius. I want to know how to do that. When ever I create a unit with splash damage and set the area of effect damage to like : Small Damage - 200 Medium Damage - 150 Large Damage - 75 ; The unit can still shoot when an enemy is like right up to it. I want it so the unit cannot attack within a certain radius of enemy units. Thank You.

Combat - Minimum Attack Range

Look at the very bottom of the Combat list in the Units-editor.

Yea, it's a bit oddly placed as I'd expect it to be up with the other attack 1 and 2-properties. Took me a bit of looking around to find.
