is that possible without locking the camera to a unit? can i just disable a players control of the camera with the arrow keys? (IE: the player presses up, the screen DOSE NOT move upwards)
Don't believe so, one thing you could do though is start a timer that sets the camera to the current camera position for as long as you hold down an arrow key. Though this isn't really a great solution...
im makeing a first person dungen crawler and how im working the movement is by panning the camera if you have the key held down, ill see if i can work out another method for the panning, ill prolly just use a unit or something (i dont really wat to use cells for a tile based map, it gets kinda annoying)
I'm on a page about incorrect corrections, and spent the better part of like two hours trying to get someone to understand that -5^2 = -25, not 25, and then that post had comments get reposted because that group is self sustaining, and that person was in turn trying to explain what I just explained to them. And I'm taking that as a victory
I will be AFK for a couple of days you guys hold down the fort while I am gone. I will be checking in on my phone but that will severly limit me. Be back saturday!
