Behavior Using Energy

I want to make a behavior that saps 1 energy per second while it is on a unit. However I dont want it to be 'degenerated' I want it to 'cost' 1 energy per second. Is this possible through the date editor?

Reason) My unit has energy regeneration of 1 with a delay of 5. (it must wait 5 seconds from last energy use before it can start regenerating at 1 energy per second) however if the behavior only degenerates (-1 under vital regeneration) this does not count as a 'cost' of energy and thus does not stop the unit regeneration nor make him wait to start regenerating.

Sounds doable. If nothing else it can be fixed through trigger work. I'll check it out when I have some time later for you.
