Hello, I am killing myself already because I can't make a unit cast the Blizzard abilitie without killing my own things... please help!!!!!!!!!!

there is a field in the object editor called:
targets allowed
set it to enemy, should fix the problem, haven't tried it though

I think you also uncheck any tags in that field that refer to Allies, Friend, Self, etc.
