As a destructible/doodad, yes.

But what if he means a unit/Biulding?

If u mean building as a unit, u can find Movement-Height in Object Editor, just change them
If u mean building as a doodad, they have answered your question

I mean a building as a unit and i have it with the movement height but in the game it resets and they are on the ground again.

make it a hover-type unit.
