Cannot locate where to change the preset 200 unit limit

The title says it all. I've been looking and played a few maps that allow 300 units to be made or some other number besides the 200. I haven't been able to locate it in the editor and searching the forums here hasn't resulted with an answer nor just a generic google search.

Anyone know where this is?

I assume you are referring to the 200 food limit. Open up the data editor and set the Data Type to Races. Select the race you want to modify and change the Food Ceiling property to your new limit.
