change the weapon sounds

hey, how do you change the weapon sounds so that the other players online can hear them also?

ok, first u need something like arsenal 3 and then u have to edit the units sounds from there, but i gotta tell u its pretty complicated i got a friend online whos like a master at it tho so hold on... i'll find arsenal 3 download here it is...
