I found this interesting and I was wondering if anyone had a work around.
In an AoS style map, you have allied creeps (you don't control them) and enemy creeps. In my variation the creeps can be upgraded with attack bonus, range bonus upgrades, etc.
I have a trigger spell in my game that for a brief period turns all enemy creeps on the board friendly. When you do that, YOU suddenly obtain all of the enemies creep upgrades!
Example:
Your creep attack upgrade level = 1
Enemy creep attack upgrade level = 5
Cast my spell which changes the owner of all enemy creeps to allied creeps.
Now Your creep attack upgrade = 5!!
Not just the creeps you took over but all allied creeps now have that upgrade, even ones spawned later.
Any ideas. I would like the converted creeps to keep their level, but your spawned creeps to not get a free upgrade.
