"Charged Liquid" Wallpaper

I was trying a new technique in photoshop, and thought to myself that it would look pretty good as a wallpaper, so here it is, I call it "Charged Liquid" for lack of a better term for 'Electric water' or something

It looks far too much like you took a microscope photo of a bacteria or something and colorized it.

Not sure what to say to that, heh, 75% of it is just a tweeked 'Difference Clouds' filter

lol i can see you use mostly difference clouds btw i was trying to find out how to do that lines that give it a underwater look and you just did it in your image so do you mind telling me how to plz
