This is being really frustrating and I can't get it to work at all.

I'm using the WC3 Viewer to convert a normal 800 KB file into a BLP. Usually, and by usually I mean 999,999 out of 1,000,000 times, it works. But this time, it epic fails. Everytime the file becomes a corrupted 0 KB piece of junk. Reasons? I've tried re-installing the viewer, re-saving the file, all that random stuff.

It shoots my map above the limit, so I'll try find a way to lower it.

I can reduce the quality further if you like. That will reduce the file size. The quality I posted was 75% of its original quality.
