Custom Spells

OK how do i make custom spells like in DoTA? Can i just do that on the normal world editor, or do i need some special program? THX for your time.

If you have the frozen throne, you can edit abilitie in the world editor, I hear editing abilities in reign of chaos is harder.

Most spells in DoTA are scripted from jass so be notified of that.
