Destructibles limit

Hey, haven't been on in a while. Anyways i just wanted to know what that program was that lets you use as many destructables and units as you want. thats the only function i want so is there any program that does that and only that?
If not just tell me something that does

Well, NewGen lets you disable those limits.

World editor unlimited does that however if i recall its not really supported anymore+ it can corrupt map so I dont suggest to use it.Limit are there for a reason.
