I want to have a dragon spawn when you use an item at a skeleton doodad, but i cant seem to get the right trigger, can any body show me a trigger to make it work? the dragon would be neutral hostile and have an item called dragonfire sword, the dragon would only spawn once. thanks :)

Trigger:
  • Trigger
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Acquires an item
    • Conditions
      • (Item-type of (Item being manipulated)) Equal to <Item by skeleton>
    • Actions
      • Unit - Create 1 <Your unit> for Neutral Hostile at (Center of (Playable map area)) facing Default building facing degrees
      • Set Dragon = (Last created unit)


Trigger:
  • Trigger 2
    • Events
      • Unit - A unit Dies
    • Conditions
      • (Triggering unit) Equal to Dragon
    • Actions
      • Item - Create <Item you want dropped> at (Position of (Dying unit))

sorry, the item isn't by the dragon skeleton its at a shop, you buy it, enter the region with the skeleton in, use the item and the dragon appears, thats how it's supposed to be,

Then replace duderocks first trigger with
Events
Unit - A unit uses an item
Conditions
(Item-type of (Item being manipulated)) Equal to YOUR ITEM
Unit manipulating item is in REGION equal to true
Actions
Unit - Create 1 YOUR DRAGON for Neutral Hostile at (wherever) facing Default building facing degrees
Set Dragon = (Last created unit)

EDIT: Might want to Turn Off the triggers after they are executed, so that it cannot happen again (or maybe it should?) :eek:
