Why Aengus talks like a retarded?

Because he is kinda' retarded.

Some maps needs more decorations and minor details,but overall the quality is acceptable

Why Shane and Dina are always young,and Dean is old now?

Spirits can not became older in Dreamland. When Shane and Dina died they were young, and they will always look like that in the future. Dean was old when he died. That's it.

What about Arva (the fairy)? She did not appear at all from what I see....

I will explain that in the final version.

After the defeat of Aengus\Morpheus,Shane and his friends just stay in the dreamland as ordinary people?

Future holds many secrets!

What's the fate of Kayley? Did she die? Or we well see her in the last campaign?
