How do i set that up on freewebs? Hopefully, it doesn't take all the file size.

I don't think you can set it up on freewebs. IPB gives you a domain/link to your board after you register and set it up.

Does phpBB do the same thing as InvisionFree?

Well, with IPB you can't edit the main page. You are restricted to the amount of stuff you can do with a hosted website to (as in you can't edit any file(s)).

While with phpBB you can change w/e you if you know how.

Well, thats only if you have free hosting. If you host it yourself, you can edit as you see fit.
