The color codes in warcraft use ARGB system where
A - Alpha - The transparency of the color
R - Red - How much red is there in the color
B - Blue - How much blue is there in the color
G - Green - How much green is there in the color

setting alpha to 00 makes the color invisible (100% transparency).
the RGB value doesn't matter in that case so for example using color
code 00ffffff will make the color invisible.

You should try that if you want the text to disappear, but that's it ...
disappear not delete. As far as I know there is no way to delete this line.

Well if you really want to delete it you should ask Blizzard to add some
more functionality to the editor so it be able to do that.

mostly the wc3 texts do not support alpha channels.

lol i am writing this now the 3rd time in this thread. it seems like you guys are not reading attentive.

the texts in the games interface DO NOT SUPPORT ALPHA CHANNELS you cannot set transparency for them. its not possible. doesnt work. no.not at all.forget it.
