Need Help Please!!!

How can I set the XP for the next level to be the same as the first one?
Exemple: Lv.1 = 100 XP, Lv.2 = 100 XP, Lv.3 = 100 XP, etc . . . .?
Please help me!

    it does a bad ass job doing excel vba code it has leveled me up at my job when I deal with excel that is for sure
