All of them expire...
Either 7 hours or 14 days, whichever comes first, from the moment you start playing.

The WoW one is just like if you downloaded the client and signed up for a trail account on the WoW site.
Anyone can get WoW trials, they just gave those in attempt to attract more players. Lol
