Help makeing creeps into heroes

ok i know this may be a stupid question but i have been on this for a little bit...i would ussually make custom units into heroes but how do i make imported skins/models that are labled as creeps into heroes???

Create a new hero and change the model and stats to that of your creep, any custom skins should work properly as long as you use the right model.
