Hero Descriptions

I thought of a floating text for when you select a hero from the hero terrain which follows the screen of the player (Bottom left hand corner of the screen), only visible for him. The floating text will have a gold border that you would see on a leaderboard and also a dark transparent back.

Could anyone give me the jass code for this?

You can't add borders and stuff to floating texts.
Do it with a fade filter or just add an ability to the hero that has the description.
