Hero levels....

Hello.
Can someone help me with the level setting
of heroes? I just can't find a way to get my heroes
to start the game on level 10.
Do all heroes have to start on level 1?
Please, somebody help me!

There should be an action something like

Hero - set Level

It's that easy

Or an even easier way is to double-click that hero and set his level to 10.
