How do you perform this trigger?

I made this UMS game but im stuck at this tricky trigger. I made this location (location called:p1) always follow men for player 1 (player 1 always has 1 men). And i want a dragoon to spawn at 'P1' for player 1 when player 1's zergling dies. But when I test this trigger out. It always says the building exit is blocked!! >.< WTF?

And i need this to preserve this trigger with out constantly creating dragoons after the death of player 1's zergling. This is how i set my triggers:

Player 1:

TRIGGER 1...

CONDITIONS:
-Player 1 has suffered exactly 1 deaths of Zergling
ACTIONS:
-Create 1 Dragoon at 'P1' for Player 1
-Preserve Trigger

TRIGGER 2...

CONDITIONS:
-Player 1 has suffered exactly 1 deaths of Dragoon
ACTIONS:
-Create 1 Zergling at 'P1' for Player 1
-Preserve Trigger

I wonder if it has something to do with the terrain where teh zergling dies.

Trigger 1

conditions
'Enemy Team' kill score is 50 (that is how much a zergling is worth. dragoon is worth 500)

actions
set kills score for 'Enemy Team' to zero
wait 1000 milliseconds
create one dagoon at location :p1
preserve trigger

change the kills score to 500 for the 2nd trigger. If that doesn't work, make sure that you don't have any other enemies with the same score. Check on this website http://staredit.net/index.php?tutorial=108 (Thanks to -fool- :) )

make your move location for player 1 big enough to have a dude in it and a dragoon or whatever you were spawning. and its probably a good idea to make it a little big too becasue of terrain. (like 4x4 should be fine.)
